OFF TO TAIWAN
DAY 1
took cheapo airline Jetstar.. haha..
it was raining heavily when i board the plane..
yea.. this is me b4 i left..
it became really sunny way high up..
and i tot i was time for some entertainment thru the 4 hr flight..
so i bought a drink and rented their video player..
ultimate enjoyment..
and i watched "KING KONG"
reached taipei soon after..
and it was raining again..
Welcome to Taiwan
Mum and i in Taiwan Airport
It was Own Time Own Target for the 1st night..
So we went to...
Xi Men Ting
Good food - Da chang mee sua
Saw this super huge chicken little there..
and back to the hotel for the 1st night.
DAY 2
travelled from TAIPEI to YENLIU..
to see..
a rock...
Yes.. this rock shaped like a princess head..
next.. we went over to JIUFEN..
for lunch and some good food...
Funny shaped tomato
We then went over to some temple to see...
Jade MaZhu
and Gold Mazhu
took a 5 hour bus trip...
and wWent over to Ah Mei Zhu village next to see some dance performance..
After which is back to the hotel..
in the hotel room, i was channel surfing..
until i saw...

DAY 3
travelled to HUALIEN to see a gorge with marble mountains..
its mountains of marble behind me..
Went to an Ah Mei tribe village and saw this 80+ years old lady weavig some cloth..
We moved on and went to TIENH SIANG
where there is a temple in the mountain..
wonders how long the monk takes to climb up..
With Pa and Ma
Dinner was definitely fabulous..
WITH....
LOBSTER!!!
and with a filled tummy, we went over to SIN JIAO JIANG Night market b4 gg back to the hotel..
DAY 4
travelled 8 hours to KAOHSIUNG...
and 1st stop was..
Spring and Autumn Pavillions
Me with Dad
Hit the roads and went to get some fruits..
the watermelons were huge there...
On the way to FO GUANG SHAN..
the tour guide made a stop and..
invited a Bin Lang Mei up the bus..
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO~~~

After which..
we went for Hot Spring..
And had hot spring eggs..
The egg white remains watery despite being cooked for 30 mins in spring water..
Dinner was SHIOK..
having huoguo..
And its again back to sleep with a filled tummy..
DAY 5
Travelled from KOAHSIUNG to TAICHUNG
and visited Chiang Kai Shek Memorial Hall..
then..
we were off to Martyr's Shrine..
and next to the National Palace Museum..
where CKS kept all the trasures he brought over frm China..
Reached TAIPEI again..
and Headed over to 101 Shopping Mall next..
Went over to Shilin Night Market for Dinner..
Huge Sausage
Huashi street next...
where they have..

DA CHANG JIN...
HAHAHAHHAHHAS..
AND....
SEX SHOPS..
and restaurants selling snake meat and blood..
Yawns.. and it was back to the hotel..
Day 6
Went over to Grand-uncle place to stay for a day...
His bread and Cookies making equipment...
Grant Aunt and Grand Uncle..
and their grandchildren..
1 thing they have that we seldom see..
rubbish truck..
the truck plays a melody when it is in the vicinity..
and every1 rushes out to dump their rubbish..
Day 7
Grand Uncle was the tour guide today..
and he brought us to YANG MING SHAN...
Oh yar.. he is 76 this year and still can run and climb mountains..
freaking healthy...
Great scenery..
He might be far behing.. but still.. he's FIT...
Loving Couple..
There were lots of insects in the park..
Not forgetting..
LOTS OF NICE FLOWERSSSS...
and it was back to the HOME in TAIPEI...
my room for the night..
i got the huge bed.. haha..
oh ya.. tats my dad slacking..
hahaha...
DAY 8
went to Wulai Mountain to look at WATERFALLS...
ALL DIFFERNT WATERFALLS...
2 cars in TAIPEI..
did i mention the cars are freaking cheap there??
S$30,000 gets u 1 car there..
Went around the neibouring area b4 heading back home to rest and pack up..
DAY 9
Went back to GrandUncle place for a farewell Lunch..
very sumptous i must say..
It was then off to the airport..
and back to Spore...
